A RTX 3090 should be more than able to handle a game such as this so it pisses me off that it is badly optimized and runs like this. I had the game running on 144hz but it would always be around 70-90 fps on avarage, but with a lot of dips to the 35-50's. I have a RTX 3090 and i9-9900k and I think it is absolutely insane that I have to make so many concessions (Put most of the graphics on Medium/High, playing on 1080p instead of higher resolution, turning off Ray Tracing, etc) just to make it run stable.
